Does this show project profit?
It shows what's been logged — hours and expenses — not a profit figure. Since not all logged time may be invoiced yet, and invoiced amounts can differ from raw time value, a true profit number needs to come from your actual invoices, not an estimate.
Can I tag past time entries or expenses to a project after the fact?
Not yet from the entry list itself — tag new entries going forward from the time tracking and expenses pages.
