This one's a bit different from the rest of the suite — it doesn't require an account at all, the same way the tax calculator doesn't. Fill in landlord and tenant details, the rental period, and the amount, and download a properly formatted PDF receipt.
It flags when a cash payment over ₹5,000 conventionally calls for a revenue stamp under Indian practice, and has a field for the landlord's PAN, commonly requested by employers above a rent threshold for HRA exemption claims.
Worth being precise about what this is and isn't: it generates the document, nothing more. It doesn't file anything with a tax authority, and it isn't a substitute for checking your own employer's or tax authority's specific requirements.
