The dashboard's 'Needs your attention' panel is useful if you remember to open it. This is the same underlying picture, delivered to your inbox once a month instead of waiting for you to check.
It only sends if there's actually something to report — an account with no activity that month doesn't get an email full of zeros. And it's genuinely one checkbox to turn off, in the same account settings section as your business name and logo.
This isn't a nudge to log in more, or a marketing email dressed up as a report. It's the numbers you'd see on the dashboard, sent on a schedule, so the ones that matter — an overdue invoice, stock running low — don't sit unnoticed until you happen to check.
