Account → Inventory lets you catalog what you sell — products with stock quantity and a low-stock alert threshold, or services with just a name and price.
Once added, typing a matching name into an invoice line item auto-fills the price from your catalog, so repeat items stop requiring retyping.
Invoicing a product now automatically reduces its stock count by the quantity sold — only on new invoices, not on edits, so tweaking a saved invoice's notes doesn't double-count the sale.
This is inventory tracking for a business of one to five people — a catalog and stock count, not warehouse logistics or multi-location tracking.
