Dobydil Orders: purchase orders for what you're buying in

Invoices and quotes have always gone one direction — out to a customer. Dobydil Orders is the mirror image: a purchase order for what you're buying in from a vendor, with the same line-item builder, tax handling, and PDF export as the rest of the document suite.

A PO moves through draft, sent, received, or cancelled — enough to know what's outstanding with a supplier at a glance.

One deliberate choice worth explaining: marking an order received does not automatically bump your inventory counts. Matching a free-text order line to a specific inventory item is exactly the kind of thing that goes quietly wrong on a typo or a renamed product — and a silently wrong stock count is worse than no automation at all. Update Dobydil Stock yourself when goods arrive, so it's a number you actually checked.
